Yeah, there needs to be more rap like this, a potentially awesome music genre is being dominated by garbage about "bitch-slapping 'dem hos" and whatnot. Totally ignoring the awesome concept and idea of this song, I also like the fact that he doesn't try to weasel out of making a good rhyme by making up words or using babytalk like more "rappers" do.

Ooops, I think I made a faux pas. I've not actually seen the movie. I know Crockett was the white chap in the TV series,and Tubbs was the Afro (I've seen the repeats,or reruns,as you Yanks call them),but I simply assumed that in the movie Farrell plays Crockett and Smith plays Tubbs.Judging from your comments,I take it my assumption is wrong.
