I didn't get that it "takes hours for a full rotation" until I read the comments. They should have that in the description because 95% of the people who watch this are not physicists, and won't know that, because just watching the video gives you the impression it's showing the movement in real-time. I was thinking "The hell? It'll make people sick, spinning around like a top!" Just the spinning tower in Sea World at San Diego is impressive enough - this would be breathtaking.

Nah. It's not flimsy. It's actually really strong. If I were working on this, I'd design it to be fixable from the inside. You can take a car up in the lift, so replacing a window the same way should be doable. Dude, do you have any idea how heavy each floor is? A strong gust won't spin this very fast at all. It takes hours for a full rotation. The building looks beautiful, is original and looks structurally sound.

Wow, looks great, but flimsy. I think this building will collapse. They should have thought about how to fix window panels if they're destroyed. If the units are rotating, will they all be stopped to tend to one unit? What if there are strong wind gusts and one blade breaks or worse yet, spin a unit to the point of destruction and someone's innocent death? This building will be a major catastrophy.

That looks like a really bad idea hatched by artists who have no idea what that implies for structural design. What an inefficient way to build a building, seriously, when employees cant make living wages, companies have no business spending the money this would require to be safe. We are talking hundreds of times the cost of a building that could house more offices. NO way is this worth it, and the risk! wow Id be more shocked by their arrogance than impressed by its looks.

So, I'm not usually Biblical, but this is seriously the Tower of Babel. They don't even have a use for this building. The have a couple of hotels and a couple of offices, but the rest is pure show. I've been around 40 years now and I've loved everything from Barry Manilow to lionel Ritchie, through opera, classical music, trance, pop and this still remains my all time favorite song. It takes me back to the best times of my life and I will likely be playing this in another 40 years. Its my song for my funeral as I am carried in, seriously.
