complimenti! questo mi sembra il primo, realistico tentativo -riuscito- di realizzare un veicolo a zero emissioni a costi e prestazioni accetabili, in barba alle superauto da 100000$ della Teslamotors o ai vari roiti da 30 km/h sul mercato. Possibile che un privato cittadino realizzi nel suo garage ciò che varie case automobilistiche prevedono di immettere sul mercato tra 4, 8, 20 anni a costi incredibili di ricerca??? Complimenti ancora, e speriamo bene x la modifica della legge.

If i would teach car design i would have a Ritmo/Strada in my classroom as a teacher. Evverything on that car looks good, nothing is to smal/big, to narrow/wide, it looks good (i am a straight lines fan )it got the X factor. Its a great car appart from the bad steel they used, the only other thing what was not so good was the gearbox. Was heavy to shift.

Brilliant ad, the cars were OK, would've been still around in the UK if FIAT hadn't built these cars out of crap quality russian steel (part of the deal, ladas were old fiats, so they traded their designs for steel supplies) Which rusted with abandon, most the original strada/ritmos like the ones in the ad (1979/80 models) were scrap by 1987, an appallingly short 8 years, and more often than not it was down to terminal rust!

I have great experiences with American cars, but I have had Toyota's and Honda's and loved them, but for me American cars were what I liked more. But yeah American cars have the top 2 Nurburgring times, the Z06 is faster around the Nurburgring than the 911 GT3 and Ferrari F430, and the CTS-V is the fastest sedan around the Nurburgring ever. Did you hear that the Viper SRT10 ACR set Nurburgring's lap record? The ZR1 is the fastest production car and the SRT10 ACR is the fastest car. Ah thank you for reminding me. That also brings up a good point of gas milege from supercars. When people buy a supercar they never talk about why, because they say they don't care. Trust me they should care in a Vette you get 18/26, I think hopefully someone knows the real numbers. It's good to know that you can step on the pedal at full throttle knowing that you didn't just empty your tank. P.S. it is VERY GOOOD to know there is also someone who knows what he is talking about.

I ran out of room in the other comment. Get the idea? Just because Europe has higher standards in terms of preformance, doesn't make them GOD. Just because a Corvette Z06 is 1/3 the price of a Ferrari F430 and gets nearly twice the gas mileage, while still maintaining superior acceleration, top speed, and handling DOESN'T MEAN THAT EUROPE MAKES BETTER CARS. As for Japan, they don't have any high preformance cars except the GT-R, but we have the ZR1 to compete with that.

The best TDI with alluminium engine and electronic engine control(every time the car stop the engine turns off, common rail, direct ignitions...) can run 33 Km per litre and with diesel fuel. The FIAT 500 in 60s with gasoline fuel and a TOTAL mechanics engine(the only electric part is the spark, and it's with carburator...) can run 22,3 Km per litre and this 40 years ago !!! It is a MYTH
