The music is great! The set-up and moves have much of potential...HOWEVER, this is a very amateur/sub-standard performance; it has very little of all of the following: good technique, passion, real play, step execution, move execution, connection between the dancers, etc. If you are one who is trying to learn well the Bachata dance, find a better video!

It is so strange . Bachata must be the dance form that mutated the most when far away from DR . You never see dancers from there do the little hop on each and every fourth beat. Footwork in real Dominican bachata is far more intricate and the flow is completely different. This is your typical salsa school/congress style of bachata ..well done but .

hahaha... my very respected friend, you actually have not idea of how latin dancing is... perhaps you may seek for some videos made by latin guys in order to learn a bit, those steps aren´t even similar to the real bachata style. Salsa, cumbia, merengue, bachata, ballenato, casino, etc, etc requires something only latin people have: rythm to those beats, actually that´s why is not easy to us dance hip hop as the original style, we had to change it, exactly whath you are making to our rithms.

elentrado, if you know how to dance bachata you would know that they're off on MANY occasions. And the bird flapping thing they do (they should get their money back from their dance teacher), but on the serious tip -what they're dancing resembles the quebradita more so than bachata. Don't take it so hard. That's just how it is when you take a dance that has been danced by people since birth and tear it up like it has been done by these wacked teachers in the west coast.
