4 liters per minute should be more than enough to run the engine entirely on HHO gas. There is something really wrong with that design if all that HHO gas ends up taking the air line instead of the fuel line. The HHO gas should be going to the injectors and not to the air filter. 1/4" pipe and 5 psi should be enough to run any engine.

Oxygen sensor is supposed to be replaced every 40 - 60k miles according to most owners manuals maintenance schedule. O2 sensors DO WEAR OUT and go out of tolerance and should be replaced as prescribed in your owners manual.

Great work, nice cell. Its import power is about less 25W(avg.) but output of gas is 0-8L/min. The highest efficiency cell reported on the Internet seems 1.5WH/L. Yours is higher than them. Let me say that 25WH/100L(minimum avg.) then it will be 0.25WH/L, Is my understanding right? I estimated your PWM duty time may be around 40%, have you checked it with a oscillograph?

We recommend using a foam type pipe insulation around the gen housing. The unit case is rated at 1500 psi burst pressure. Even with the gen frozen solid after a minute or two it starts to produce as it thaws out the water. HHO production is exothermic, heat is generated as a result of the HHO production. You could use a plug in heater as an option in severely cold climates if you wanted.

PWM is made overseas by order and shipped here. The flow is un-restricted showing the actual out put without any interference. When used on an engine application you want all that you can get, governed by the engines vacuum.

No not so, the condensate is eliminated either by using a simple bubbler to scrub the HHO or a drop tube is used to release the condensate once the engine is turned off allowing the condensate to drain out automatically. Really, now don't you think that was thought about already? And yes its "the burnt HHO"is converted to steam at a CHT of over 300*F, water will evaporate completely at those temps.

Thanks. Another Q; Brown's Gas produces water on combustion. +/- 2/3(?) of the fuel used here is Hydrogen/oxygen so isn't water getting deposited in the cylinders & exhaust? It may turn to steam that mostly exhausts but at some point won't you get a potentially damaging residue of condensate in exhaust & engine? (Especially with this larger HHO volume). Also, I guess the HHO condenses in the tubes & stays there until the cars used again. I presume it can enter and potentially harm the engine?

Sid, I can tell you that the avg mileage of 12.4 mpg without the HHO gen did go to the highest point of 38.1 mpg average with an amperage draw of 32 amps at 12 volts DC at 70 mph. This result was taken directly from the vehicles on board computer. So take it for whats its worth. I know the nay sayers will more than likely start with their blah blah once they read this reply.

I was wondering about the refilling of the unit. Do you add a mix of Water and Vinegar or just water alone? Can you tell how efficient the unit is with vinegar versus other electrolytes? I want to put one on the Wife's car before she goes on a 850 mile (each way) trip. She would have to maintain the unit as I am tied up and cannot go with her. the battery must power the generator and it gets it's energy from the engine which is only 22% efficient at most. So it is best we get the most use from that 22% before it blows out the exhaust unless we use a fuel cell to recapture the waste energy. Regenerative systems always raise efficiency.

This is a scam. Here's why: The electricity you get from the battery to electrolyze the water is not free. The battery is charged from the alternator, which consumes engine power & increases fuel consumption. Despite what you say on your website, IT DOES TAKE MORE ENERGY TO ELECTROLYZE WATER INTO H2 & O2 THAN IT RELEASES ON COMBUSTION, so it's a pointless exercise. A freshly flushed and recharged MagDrive Magnum Series HHO gen just started up. Video has two parts, first at startup and second after 10-15 minutes of operation. HHO gas is being measured by a Dwyer VFA24 gas flow meter connected inline from the Magnum to the engine on a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500.

Dodge Ram is running at almost 80% right now. Filled up 24 gal 3/1/2007 now the 27th and still 1/2 tank at almost 300 miles local/highway driving. To help with cold climates, just use some foam insulation pipe wrap around the gen. The burst pressure on the gen exceeds any freezing problems that may exist. The SS casing is rated at 1500 psi.

The NEW Series9-c MagDrive models have a NEW single bolt assembly, NEW cathode assembly and are now AIR COOLED. They can be operated at +15 amps at 12 volts DC without any major over heating problems. The 9c models are vastly improved over the 9a and b models and are distributed at the same MSRP. Also the PWM is not needed with the NEW Series9-c units.

The unit is only running off of the basic power supply with no battery in the circuit. This unit is capable of running at 25 amps when turned up to its maximum current flow. That would increase the HHO to appx 6-8 Liters per minute.
