Public roads are funded by vehicle registration and licensing fees. The income tax goes directly to the FEDERAL RESERVE BANK as PROFIT. the income tax not apportioned and therefore unconstitutional.

the entire Federal Income Tax each year is sunk into just the interest accumulated on the Federal Debt. Roads are paid for by gasoline taxes.

aikido776 tell him this The income tax does not fall under either guidlines set forth by the Constitution. It is not a direct or indirect tax and those are the only 2 types of taxes that the Constitution authorizes.

Hello, I've been arguing with my Dad about the income tax and how it was never legally passed. He says we need it to fund things like public roads... I'm not sure how to argue against him, could someone message me and help me out?

"Tax cheats" cost the US government? Not getting their extortion money is a "cost"?.

This is all wrong. Amendment XVI (1913)-The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census of enumeration. this amendment was ratified by 42 of the 48 states and was upheld in the cases Brushaber v. Union Pacific R.R., Miller v. United States, United States v. Stahl, Knoblauch v. Commissioner, United States v. Foster, and many others.

God damned right they are unconstitutional. They pour our money down the drain and expect us to give more. Fuck them.

All this talk about what taxes pay for what. "military spending...comes from COPORATE (sic) income tax" "income tax does not go to schools and hospitals". Revenue goes into the treasury and is spent from the treasury. When you deposit money in the bank and later withdraw it, you do not get the same bills out that you put in earlier. The deposit went into a general pool, making it moot where the individual bills originated. The same for the treasury. Disagree? Prove otherwise.

try telling that to ignorant people who pre-judge and dont listen to what you say. for example my brother who called me a liar and a bunch of other nasty words before i had to leave his house. ignorance will keep us in shackles.

military spending does come from income tax however it comes from COPORATE income tax which is totally legal. The income tax we are talking about is the income tax we pay which is a "voluntary tax" which we are not required to pay for many reasons.

Sales tax, tariffs, stuff like that. You know, the stuff that was actually IN the original Constitution before we butchered it.

Military spending is in the Billions and comes from income tax, how would you fund the military.

Your income tax does not go to schools and hospitals and roads and police...there are other taxes besides income tax. There are state taxes for example you pay property taxes that handle those costs for your area. Your income tax goes straight to the federal government. Have you ever noticed why you pay a state and a federal income tax. The state tax is legal.

The income tax goes to the debt we owe to the Federal Reserve-- a central bank which creates all of our countries money and lends it to us at interest. So in order to pay the interest we need to essentially borough more money from them to pay back our debt to them. A never ending debt cycle.

Did we?
By: wait887. on 06 Oct 08, 14:45:01

By: 5blacksky8. on 05 Oct 08, 20:37:45
show me proof that that the income tax we pay IS GOING to schools, military, police, fire, hospitals, roads to begin with. Once you do then i'll rethink about it
