Of course, I didn't meen that Gray deserved sole credit for this sketch, I just see it as a good example of those weird ideas he came up eith, which hardly ever made up the framework for a sketch but added that extra flavour that often made the difference between something good and something great. But of course you're right in that this is very much the result of a teamwork. They did however have very different ways of working out their material.

As have been said before, John wrote the core of all the stuff John and Graham put together, whereas Graham came up with some weird twist to take the sketch to a second level. Now I don't know, but I'm pretty sure Chapman came up with the abuse thing (look, can't he go to the wrong room first and get insulted like hell?) and furthermore, I think that part is exactly one of those things who add that extra twist. Without it this would have been an ok sketch but hardly a classic. And YES it is!

Very different. Plus it isnt grammar. they both sound the same so it's a phonetic problem not a grammar problem, but yeah it gets confusing at times. As long as people understand what you mean it doesn't really matter so the so-called "spelling police" get annoying. Only glaringly bad errors need be corrected and normal ppl would just go "Oh they mean that" and ignore it. The annoying ones are those who correct errors no-one cares about. It's just a waste of time.

I don't think there's anything wrong with English humor, but many Americans get all offended because in many cases, the British and Americans fued over things like who is funnier, who is smarter, who is healthier and leave nasty comments under videos like these.
