they started out beatign up the theifs and the dealers out side of their housing complexes and givign the money to their family or friends in need, they didnt hustle nore did they even invent edge, minor threat started the edge movement... nore is it to keep kids from doing anything straight edge isnt somthign u share its a self ritoues move.. its for ur self and u only, if other liek living edge aswell then good for them i know i sure do. but i would never press it on any one.

hmm and even those who didn't forget the real believes of straight edge aren't any good straight edge was to keep kids from doing drugs and things like that, they could hold on to their beliefs and fight peaceful against those that couldn't resist But is defending your believes by beating people up (like the boston beatdown)and acting like a gang, the right track? Not to me.
